Is there a one-to-one suicide prevention chat, more like an IM?
I have seen a room full of them, but I am looking for more of an IM, a one-to-one service. I need to talk to someone, but I have no money, so a therapist won't do, and all my friends are gone.

Sorry no I don't and still googling to try to find if there are any. If you need to vent and need someone to listen please feel free to email me. I don't mind at all, everyone needs someone that will listen when they need to vent.

My browser is frozen right now but I did a search for online suicide prevention chat and there were a lot of hits. Some are one-on-one and others are a chat room. Try that. I can't get you a link right now, but would if I could.

I don't know of a online chat but there is always 1-800-273-8255 the national suicide hotline, its completely free and its 24/7
