Is Mizuno running shoe a good brand?
I just bought a pair of Mizuno running shoe and not sure of its reputation as a running shoe. Any current or ex owner would mind to share their feedback on this brand? I had a pair of Nike running shoe and found that the sole comes off after a few run. Quite disheartened about it.

Every brand makes some great models and some horrible ones. Nike is actually a prime example -- they make some of the best running shoes out there (like the Vomeros and Pegasus most years), but they can also do a lot of low end cheapo gimmicky stuff you should never touch (and that you won't find in most reputable running specialty shops).
Mizuno probably isn't quite the running shoe name as things like Asics, New Balance, Nike, Brooks, etc., but they still have some well-reputed models, most definitely.
Anyway, you need to pay attention to specific models, even in specific years. And it's all ultimately about how things actually fit and work for you. Brand is one of the last things you should heed when buying your shoes. Yes, it needs to be a decent enough brand to make it into a running specialty store in the first place, but beyond that, it's fair game. Brand goes only so far and means only so much.
