How to avoid encountering breathing difficulty in the case of kidney and heart failure?
My aunt has a heart and kidney failure. Leg edema is there, and I think it will spread to other parts of the body as researched. Now, the only thing I'm dying to pray is that she will not experience this difficulty of breathing in case the edema reaches her lungs or all of the part of her body. I don't want her to suffer that hard, our family is giving it to the hands of God already, but if there are ways to avoid this scenario of suffering please let me know.
Of course, she has doctors and my aunt is an outpatient so most probably we are in charge of her as she takes the medicines prescribed.
PS if you happen to read this but is not able to answer my question, please take a pause and help us through your prayers. We need them, thank you so much.

things that you can do is
1 prevent intake of fluids ( not more than amount of urine per day + 500 ml/day )
2 salt restriction
3 by keeping the affected limb above the rest of the body ( use 1 - 2 pillows under the limb , it will help lymphatic flow batter )
4 help her to keep the B.P. in range
5 take her meds in time
