I have a Phalaenopsis Orchid and one of the flowers has gotten really droopy and seems to be dying. What can I do?

Leave it alone as it has probably finished it's flowering for the year. After all the flowers have died off, you can cut the stem below where the first flower bloomed and it might grow a whole new one and flower all over again. If the stalk turns brown, leave it alone until all of it is brown then cut it off. This is the time they sleep you might say. After flowering is over. You need to hold back on the water a bit,and do not fertilize it until you start seeing new growth again. This could take several months so don't worry so much and think it is dead. Their pretty hard to kill believe it or not.
