Whereas the richest persons in this world does not consider themselves rich, they still work like a dog for more, sometimes as much as 20 hours per day.

Absolutely not. There are 4 ways to earn money, 2 which are active and 2 which are passive. The active ways are as an employee and as self employed. The passive ways are as an investor or as a business owner. The active ways often require little to no upfront money. However, the passive ways often do. Many individuals have started with nothing and worked in the active stage until they had enough to move into the passive stage.

Yes, definitely. You need an education, presentable clothes, and a haircut to get a job in the first place. To start up your own business, you need startup capital to cover your overhead costs. For any product or service you sell, you first have to pay the cost of the materials. You can't make more money without having some to begin with.
