If my child got hurt at school what options do i have?
My child had a chair pulled out from underneath her at school by another girl. She was not able to walk or go to school. She had a coccyx fracture, that was six months ago and I am now having to pay for physical therapy (and its not exactly cheap). Doctors say it could affect her life long. Im not looking to sue the school for all there worth but would like the school to have to help out in some way.

Get a lawyer for this and then sue them, and press charges on that girl.

Here is something the schools don't want you to know, they have insurance and probably they should have been paying for your daughter's physical therapy all along. your daughter got hurt on their watch in their building. as far as long term stuff I'd ask an attorney or legal aide. you might be able to get something out of the school but I'd sooner think you could go after the other child's parents if it was done on purpose.

All schools have insurance but they dont want you to know! It's NOT the school's fault send the girl [who pulled the chair] parent's the bill! Their daughter did it! Did the girl even say she was sorry or offer to help her around school or something?!

I would contact the school and ask them who their insurance provider is and call them yourself.

You should definitely contact the principal or superintendent immediately.

I would talk to your lawyer. He or she would have a better understanding on what to do and what to ask for.
