Leaking Colostrum at 35 weeks? Should I wear pads?

I'm almost positive I'm leaking as I keep getting wet spots on my shirts and undergarments. It's not so bad that it's a constant thing, but it is leaving wet spots that show through on some of my clothes. Is this a good time to invest in breast pads? Also, which are better, disposable or reusable? Thanks in advance!

yes if it is leaking through your shirts I would definitely get breast pads. I would suggest disposable, otherwise you will have to carry wet breastpads around with you when you change them.

If it's enough to leave wet spots on your shirts and it bothers you, you can start wearing them. Disposable or reusable depends on what you prefer. Some people think reusable pads are more comfortable, but they can also be bulkier. Maybe get a small pack of disposables and a pair or two of reusables to see what you prefer.

I used reusable pads the first couple months of breastfeeding (I leaked a ton) and I thought they were nice and comfy. However, I didn't go out much and it was also winter, so I was wearing heavier clothing. I liked these: http://www.etsy.com/shop/sewfussy?section_id=55479...
