what time do you go to bed at night?

I go at about 11.30 - midnight.

    Around 11ish but last night was 2.30am as was playing tooth fairy and my daughter kept waking up it was horrendous!

    Walk the dogs at 11 pm usually and then bed by 11.30 to midnight.

    10:30-11:00 on a work night have to be up at 5 when I'm off can be up to 2am

    Around 6 am when my man gets home from work. THen am up by 12 pm. Although I do sometimes nap between 1 and 6 am. while watching tv.

    11:40 get into bed and start watching tv, about 40 mins to fall asleep

    Usually between 10 and 10.30 as my husband has to be up by 4.30.
