why does god let poor children starve ?

God does supply enough food for everyone.

We turn potatoes, corn, rice, wheat, and many other foods into alcoholic beverages.

I have seen huge trucks filled with milk pouring their contents down the sewer because it would cost too much to can it or evaporate it.

The U.S. government gives farmers money to not plant fields.

In India grains are fed to cows that could have been fed to people, but the cow is considered to be an ancestor reincarnated, and therefore cannot be eaten.

The U. S. has sent food to countries with starving people and the governments did not distribute the food to the starving people.

Food shortages are not God's fault, they are the result of mankind's sinfulness..

This is one problem I have with this concept of God too. I don't know why this God lets animals suffer either. All of this suffering is about a piece of fruit? I doubt it. I think this is just how life is and is part of no plan at all. The simple observation I make is that life has unhappiness in it and I don't try to explain why this is I just accept it as the real state of things and do what I can to help other beings in a hard world. Little children don't deserve to die for sin or any other reason and certainly not because of the sins of their ancestors. The are simply victims of a universe of impersonal laws most of which are out of their control.

Even people in rich countries like America suffer from high crime, elderly people suffer from being abandoned and die of loneliness in old folks homes, domestic violence, child abuse, drug addiction, half of all marriages end in divorce, people eating too much unhealthy food and suffering from heart disease and diabetes etc.. so suffering is not contained in poor countries alone. The Western World has its own problems just in a different way.

God is not wanting any such suffering..he loves kids, rather the ruler of this world is satan the bible says. Look what wonderful hope god does have to bring about no more pain!

Under the rulership of God's Kingdom, survivors of the end of the present system of things will be ushered into an earth cleansed of wickedness and suffering. God-given instruction will be provided for mankind, and in time "the earth will certainly be filled with the knowledge of Jehovah as the waters are covering the very sea." (Isaiah 11:9) This upbuilding, positive teaching will result in a truly peaceful, harmonious human society. Thus, there will be no more war, murder, violence, rape, theft, or any other crime.

Marvelous physical benefits will flow to obedient humans living in God's new world. There will be a canceling out of all the bad consequences of rebellion against God's rule. Imperfection, sickness, old age, and death will be things of the past. The Bible assures us: "No resident will say: 'I am sick.'" Moreover, the Scriptures promise: "At that time the eyes of the blind ones will be opened, and the very ears of the deaf ones will be unstopped. At that time the lame one will climb up just as a stag does, and the tongue of the speechless one will cry out in gladness." (Isaiah 33:24; 35:5, 6) What a thrill it will be to enjoy vibrant health every day—forever!

Humans let innocent children starve. God respects the freedom of his creatures, even if they abuse it. There is enough food in the world to feed the starving many times over. What happens to it ? People who ask this type of Question hate God because he does not intervene. But they never thank God for the good things. Edit...If you won say, $50 million dollars, would you care if God took it all away from you ?

Everyone on earth will suffer some form of a hardship in his lifetime, we were born with different crosses to carry, we don't know when we will be tested. The important thing is to live a clean, straight life while carrying these burdens. Our reward is in heaven and not the material things here on earth.

God tests those who have more than enough. Starving children are an opportunity for the rich people to practice charity. We are supposed to help one another.

It is caused by idol worship. God tells them if they will turn from their wicked ways and false God's that He will heal their land. The sins of the father's passes down from generation to generation. We send multiple thousands of missionaries but these people many times kill them . They take the food, medicine, supplies of all kinds, but will not listen to the way they can improve their conditions. Till they give uo their idol worship things will remain the same for them. Stop blaming it on the rest of us here in America. It is in God's hands. We cannot make it rain! We cannot make vegetables grow from a dry cracked ground. These people are cursed. A curse does not come without a cause. And the cause? Idol worship and witchcraft!

This is because of their Government . They have plenty to eat and the best of Health care.They could care less about their citizens, until tax and voting time.

The God Yahweh says don't blame Him for letting children starve. All these countries have to do to turn their misfortune around is to stop living the way they are living and start following the same Mosaic Laws and Ten Commandments that He had the Israelites follow. Until these countries do that their children will continue to starve.

See I do believe in god but I don't believe in religons. I've seen many things in hindu religon, christ religon, muslim religon(allah) . Please again I say please don't be offended, instead learn from this message. I am sounding a bit condescending but yeah this is the truth.

In hindu religon people pour milk at a stone (shivlik) saying that it will be delivered to god or something like that.

Christ lit up candles infront of jesus

In muslim religon they lay sheets at some thing.

My question is WHY ALL THIS

There are thousands of poor people who needs milk to survive, they are hungry give them milk instead of wasting it on a STONE YES IT'S A STONE .

Instead of litting candles infront of jesus lit candles near the settlements of poor who live in the dark.

Instead of laying sheets in muslim religon LAY SHEETS OVER THE NAKED PEOPLE WHO CAN'T AFFORD CLOTHES.

God wont't be happy if you waste milk, sheets , candles, lights.

HE WILL BE VERY HAPPY IF YOU GIVE THESE THINGS TO PEOPLE WHO CANNOT AFFORD IT,

GOD WILL BE VERY HAPPY.
