What is your deepest fear and how can you overcome it?

Deepest fear? Being socially-miserable in college. I am really afraid of not having friends because of my social anxiety.

I don't know how I could overcome this. But I'm trying simple things to relieve me of this fear..

my deepest fear.. hmm where to start :p but yeah: swimming, darkness, spiders, death are all on my list of things that give me goosebumps. what can i say, i'm a first class scaredy cat :p

the one way to overcome your fears is to deal with and face them. we only fear things because they are strange to us. we fear the unknown and all that. but no way am i dealing with my fears just yet. no thanks, i'm ok with being a wimp for now :p

I have a fear of death, so I just try to live the best life I can. c:

To sleep in the dark bc I'm traumatized by an incident

my greatest fear is that when i become older then i would no longer enjoy sex . so i have to maitain myself eat the correct diet . i will do regular exercises and be joyful . relaxed and take life as easy as i could .

Whether i will get a good wife and will she adjust with my parents / sister.
