Someone recently told me I should never pay for ebooks and that I can get them ALL for free. Any book I want. The reason this concerns me is that I am publishing an ebook on Amazon soon and I hope this isn't the case. Is it possible to get ANY ebook for free? Or is it only some ebooks that you can get for free? He also said that you can send or just copy/paste any ebook you've currently bought and send it to someone else??? Can someone please clarify? It sounds like nonsense but I can't find any info about this on the internet...

I hear different answers to this. I have heard that it's just a way to differentiate between herpes 1 being oral herpes, and herpes 2 being genital herpes. I've also heard people saying one is worse because of the latency period, that is, it will cause more outbreaks than the other. Which one is which? I had oral herpes on my lips a couple weeks ago, and now I have herpes on my penis and testicles. The doctor says he thinks I accidentally spread it to my genitals.

I see pictures online of herpes and it looks HORRENDOUS. The bumps on my lips didn't hurt and went away within about 5 days. The ones on my private area are not painful, they just itch. There is no scab or puss or anything. It's not even really noticeable. Just raised bumps behind the head, like cauliflower.

I'm sorry this is so long, but I'm freaking out and I am really depressed about this. The doctor was of no help when I went to see him today. He was busy and told me to make it quick and rushed me out while I was asking questions. Please give me a real, serious answer. Someone...

We've seen it throughout history. Technological innovation slowly replaces jobs once performed by humans. We no longer have the milkman, the elevator man, the "John Henry". We are seeing jobs on the verge of replacement, like the bank teller by the ATM, the store clerk by the automatic checkout counter. It's possible to foresee jobs like accountants, lawyers, doctors, and various other linear, left-brained type jobs being replaced in the future.

My question is, which jobs can NEVER be replaced through automation? Which jobs are inherently human?

I am taking antiviral medication for herpes right now. I was wondering if it would help to eat yogurt or take probiotics. I am thinking no, because they are for replacing good bacteria and antibiotics kill bacteria, not antivirals. But, is there anything I need to replenish that the antivirals are killing? And should I do it while I am taking them or wait till after? I have been taking antivirals for two weeks and just started a new cycle because I had a second outbreak. FML

A couple weeks ago, I had herpes simplex virus and had an outbreak on my lips. I went to the doctor after a couple days because I realized something was wrong, and he diagnosed me with herpes simplex and gave me some acyclovir antivirals and some cream for my lips. After 4 or 5 days it cleared up.

Now, a couple days ago, I noticed my penis was itching, and so were my balls. ****! I went back to the doctor today, and thought maybe it was just a rash and wanted to make sure. He said I had genital herpes. He said "this is strange...were you getting enough sleep? This usually doesn't happen..." Then he went on to say that I could have contracted it by touching my face and subsequently touching my penis and balls. I also used a razor on my face and then used in on my penis and balls while the virus was active. I am smart, I know.

Is this what happened? Can anyone provide me with some reassurance or clarification?

Hi, I cannot upload images on my Mac using safari or firefox. I have update all software.

I am trying to upload a profile picture on my blog, but after I browse, select and then hit upload image, it says "safari cant open page". It does this alot and sometimes when i try to send attachments.

Is there a difference between "heat" and "cool" if you have the thermostat set on the same temperature? Like if you have it on 74 heat, is that the same as 74 cool? Really confusing me...

I took the Myer-briggs and got INTP. My girlfriend is ISTP. We are very similar and attracted to one another and have a good relationship.

I read that the ISTP is one of the least likely partners for an INTP and that INTP are better matched with ENTP. I have to disagree with this theory of "compensating" or "balancing" each others traits. Maybe for a business relationship, but not an intimate one which is about sharing similarities, having things in common, and breeding attraction and understanding. I think your personality types should be close to the same. What do you guys think?

For all you dummies about to answer: the embryo is NOT a fetus.

I ask this because I do not see what's wrong with doing stem cell research on what is basically a "human egg". The egg has the necessities for life, but it is not "alive and conscious". No more alive than sperm.

Stem cell research is pro-life because it assists in finding cures for diseases and prolonging actual human life.

I don't mean the first recorded religion. I mean before we had a writing system. And don't say paganism because all that really means is anything non-christian or polytheistic.

In my opinion, it was shamanism. I think mushrooms growing on cow dung in the plains of africa, where prehistoric humans are known to have dwelled, and other various substances were probably responsible for the birth of supernatural visions.

This certainly is not true for everyone and all cultures, but for me as an american, it is a major factor in my social life:

1) clasping hands with male friends, brothers, and male cousins

2) hugging pretty much all women

3) shaking hands firmly (grabbing each others hand) when meeting someone or when greeting an adult, male or female, or a father

I just think it is kinda wierd. I mean, should I hug or shake hands with gay guys or lesbians? I guess my real question is, shouldn't there be a universal greeting that is common among all sexes, races, and cultures? Is there one that you think is close to being the most common?

They can exit and enter atmospheres to other planets with no problem and can mutate into any form because they are masters of the elements in the universe. Hi everyone, I am making a batch of beer with Mr. Beer, and I added about 1/4 a cup of maple syrup, a very small amount. But, it was Eggo syrup, so it has potassium sorbate in it. I started the fermentation last night and there is already a thick layer of foam over an inch thick, so I am pretty sure the yeast is working and it is fermenting, but I have heard that potassium sorbate can inhibit fermentation. I am really worried because this was an expensive batch.

1 can bewitched red ale

1 can UME golden wheat

1 can blueberries

1 can boysenberries

1 sack of glacier hops

1/4 cup of eggo syrup
