Guys, how long does it take for you to get aroused after ejaculating?

I mean fully aroused. I know you can usually wait about ten minutes and have sex again, but I feel like when I masturbate, I am messing up my potential to have great sex with my girlfriend. Is this just a mind thing? I know it only takes 24 hours to regenerate sperm, but what about peak arousal and length of orgasm? does that change?

It doesn't take 24 hours to re-generate sperm, as you put it. You will never run out of sperm, though you may temporarily use up all your semen, which carries it. For most guys even this doesn't happen unless there are 5 or 6 ejaculations in quick succession. However, the natural refractory period brought on by orgasm (when a guy loses interest in sex and finds it difficult to get an erection), is usually long enough to ensure that semen is readily available, albeit at reduced volume.

Even after multiple orgasms (say in a two hour period if you can do this, but most guys can't), resulting eventually in dry ones, after a couple of hours or so rest, you will be able to ejaculate again.

How long the refractory period is, coupled with general libido level, is an individual thing and no two guys are the same.

Arousal is mostly a mind game. You can become aroused in a few minutes if you are having a great time, or it may take a while with "routine" sex. Frequent masturbation will not interfere with arousal.
