Is this fish tank overstocked?
I have 2 clowns and 1 green chromi right now, I want to add 2 mandarin dragnets (LFS showed me they accept pellet food) 1 more green chromi a pistol shrimp and watchman goby. The tank is 20 gallons, all the fish are light eaters and I have 20 lbs of live rock and corals.

On the mandarin, unless they are a mated pair, the dominant fish will eventually kill the other mandarin. If they are together now fine it doesn't mean they will always be fine as they might be juveniles or the aggression might be spread around form other fish or suppressed from stress of being in the fish store. Since they are confirmed eating pellets they are less likely to starve to death, but mandarins almost always wither and die in small tanks like that, even ones eating other foods besides pods. You can supplement their food with Reef Nutrition tiggerpods (they love them) but still it is a hard fish to keep.
And yes, you would be considered overstocked in general with those additions. How is your water quality in ppm of ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate?

The fish are fine, there may be to much coral and rocks. 20lbs takes up alot. But the tank is very large

It sounds ok to me. Though i'm not really an expert on Saltwater tanks. More of a Fresh-water gal.

No, your fine...but you might want to take some extra plants out so they can have more space to swim.
