How to train a puppy?

Need advice on housebreaking 3 month old puppy. Which way works the best??

    This worked for me in less than a month

    all you have to do is take your pup out after every play session, every time hes done eating, and every time he wakes up from a nap! and no less, hell get used to going to the door, and an occasional treat or praise will be enough.

    Also putting him in a crate for the nights and when you leave is good for that cause they dont like peeing in there so they learn to hold it.

    But when they have accidents, dont yell, just show him to the door and say good boy when he goes pee outside.

    Giving him/her a treat whenever they have done something good and scolding when they have done something bad
