What is ur story life of anime? how did u get into it? what was ur first anime ever?

The first anime I watched was Death Note. I had never watched anime before, so I was a bit curious to what it looked like. So, I saw this anime Death Note. I became interested by the name, so I watched it. The first few minutes, I thought, "What the hell /is/ this crap?!" So I clicked off it, and did something else. At first, I hated it. Then, I went back to the first episode and gave it a try. Then I was on episode two... and then episode ten.... and then I was finished with it! After that, I watched more anime! I watched FMA, and I started Bleach (I'm on episode 148 ^^) Then InuYasha... I'm also starting to watch Durarara! (Hence my username) So, yeah. I've been an anime fan for a little over two years now, haha.

The story is similar to yours actually. The first thing I ever watched was DBZ when I was like probably 8 or 9. Got onto Adult Swim watched Inuyasha, bleach, and some other shows thought they were great. Watched until around 15. Quit because I thought it was lame and did other things. Couple years later I was home and bored flipped on the tv and saw that Adult Swim was on so I decided to re try it out and watched an episode of Bleach and loved it. Next thing I knew I was doing things during the day but up practically all night on the computer watching Bleach then I finished and realized that I loved anime. Been watching ever since. Ive seen so many Ive lost count.

My first Anime was beyblade.. Oh man I started watching it when I was almost 5 or something.. The one which had Tyson Ray Max and Kai ... I remember the emmence joy I felt when my dad use 2 bring beyblades for me and my sibling

I also remember 1 night when me and my siblings couldn't sleep so we ended up having bey battles All Night! Some people might think that I was crazy but that's just me haha

When I went abroad I even bought the exact same beyblade of max from v-force and still have it with me :p

There was a time I stopped but even Now when I'm bored I'll just go 2 YouTube and watch some of my favorite G-Revolution episodes!

I didn't know when I was little that when I watched Pokemon, Digimon, Sailor Moon, and Outlaw Star that I was watching anime. I had a phobia of it because I figured that if my weird uncle liked it so much, it could only be reserved for weirdos.

Then, one night I was up late and saw Fullmetal Alchemist on tv. I was intrigued about the whole immortality thing and watched the series online. I loved it and soon fell in love with anime. I've watched so many series since those first days and lost my phobia of anime. The shows are incredibly interesting and fun.

They also made me less of a prude. The things in anime I once thoght were vulgar are sometimes quite funny.

I always liked Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh! as a child. I always liked that drawing style of anime. But I wasn't really into it until when I was in 7th grade. My friend kept talking about Sailor Moon. I heard of Sailor Moon, but unlike the rest of the world, I never watched it when I was little.

My friend kept talking and talking and talking about it. Finally, one day, I was like "I have to check this out, so I know what the frig she's talking about". I watched it, and I loved it. From then on I wanted to watch more that were like it. So I got into the magical girl genre.

Ironically, I hate that genre now. I found about 07-Ghost via "List of shojo manga" on Wikipedia and decided to give that a shot. Then I fell in love with that. I also found out about Air around the same time, and really liked that. So now I'm into anything bishonen and anime based off of visual novels. It's a weird, disconnected path. Ha ha.

And I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan. I actually think I'm a poor excuse for an anime fan. I only watch maybe one episode a day on weekdays, three a day on weekends. I tend to get bored of certain anime quick, and they get left unfinished. I'm trying to get out of that habit though. Along with that, I haven't finished many series. I finished a good amount, but definitely not nearly enough for the two years I've been into it. But whatever ^^

when i was 8 i turned i was staying up past my bed time and i saw this show on i never saw before which was naruto i watched the whole episode and thought it was pretty cool then i kept watching the episodes that came out every week finally after 2.5 years the show was finished and they stop playing it on YTV (btw i live in Canada) so i was 10 and had not discovered the internet yet so i thought it was over for me and i never saw naruto again 3 years later canada gotNickelodeonn and i got addicted to a show called avatar the last airbender and then i knew all about the internet and so i watched the whole series then irememberedd naruto and thought i should search it up so i did so i watch it over again and found out there was naruto shippuden and thought sounds pretty cool watched that then for about 3 mouths i was addicted to naruto then on yahoo i saw how they were recommending bleach and saw how popular it was in manga so i thought i will watch it so i watched it and got addicted so i thought maybe i should try more animes so now i have watched about 50 animes for the past 2 years and i'm still watching more and i love them!

Weeeeell...I have crappy tv as in no cable cuz my brother thought it would be a fabulous idea to watch porn. So I grew up watching whatever the hell was on ABC Kids on Saturday morning.

The first anime I really got into was Naruto....I know, I know kinda ***** but first off I'm not even a guy and hey I was like, 11. So I laid off it for a while but I guess I'm easing my way into it again. I'm watching fruits baskets now on the fourth episode -_-

one day i was sitting on the bed with my big bro , and was watching tv then suddenly we saw the channel cartoon network and BEY BLADE was on it ...both of us liked it and the first anime ever was BEY BLADE . after that i watched DUEL MASTERS,DBZ and then NARUTO respectively ...

at that time i didn't know a single thing about anime i thought only we r the ones who r made at them then when i searched on the net i came to know every anime

and due to that one day i entered in my anime life and im really happy about it

The first anime i watched was FMA the old version it was on tv. one night at like 2 and i started watching it and i thought it was awesome but i was like 11 and i watched the whole series and after that i looked at this video on youtube and i totally wanted to watch kirarin revolution and now im hooked to anime and now im curently hooked to fairy tail!!

when i was little I had no idea that pokemon and dragon ball z are animes. I thought they were cartoons, even doreamon. lol. but then when i was like 10 i was introduced to alice academy the anime. It was on TV then suddenly they stopped airing it so I went to youtube instead. lol. from then on I started watching animes.
