Legal way to be a prostitute?

First off no I am not thinking of becoming one. We have had some shady "massage parlors" get busted recently in town and it made me think obviously having someone get a massage and pay extra for a happy ending is illegal but what if you charged a large sum for a massage and even had the patron sign a contract saying what they are paying for is strictly a massage but that if things get heated and both parties are willing sex acts may occur but are not paid of the paid massage but rather a decision to engage in sex acts between 2 consenting adults? How would that work out legally? Is their a loophole there?

Move to somewhere were it's legal?
Um...get a pimp, and get him to get some people for you. 
Hook up some rooms, and do your business. No way no one can find out! Unless someone tells on you. 
And stick to what your pimp considers a "regular". Let your pimp do the work, and hope he's experienced.  
Just don't walk the streets. 98% of street prostitutes have been arrested.

A sex act for money is prostitution. No contract that the money was paid for something else is going to get them out of it. In the case you describe above the contract would simply be evidence that there was intent to commit prostitution.

before a massage parlour gets busted there will be a chain of evidence which makes it suspicious.  Surely the masseuse wouldn't get hot and steamy with every client.  and also a normal massage place would have lots of women clients too.

There's a much simpler loophole.  Buy a camera and call it a pornographic movie, then its all legal.
