I was wondering if anyone knew if the On the Run tour is considered Paul's "farewell world tour." like will this be his last tour? thanks

No. If it were his final tour, they would be making a huge deal out of it.

No its not his farewell tour. Paul will probably still be rocking stadiums until his last days on this earth. He has two new albums planned for 2011 or early 2012 and will probably tour to promote those too.
