Vancouver fans are you proud?

After the riots I was feeling extremely embarassed. But when i heard of thousands of people going downtown to clean up I felt pride. I wanted to go too but I had school.

So two part question:

1) despite the fact we lost are you proud of our season overall?

2) and has the embarssment of Vancouver been replaced with pride for the people that showed the true spirit of Vancouver?

Update:

@the canadian

The fans were actually booing Gary Bettman (everyone does it) they actually cheered for Chara and Thomas

    1) Vancouver did better than 28 other teams.

    2) There are reasons why the riot happened. Just saying it was few drunken yahoos is inadequate.

    1) I'm a lifelong Bruins fan, but Vancouver should be proud of their team. They made it to one win away from winning it all and that is really good!

    2) What is the true spirit of Vancouver? Flipping cars and setting fires, throwing people off bridges, etc? Because that's what happened both times Vancouver made it to the finals now so I'm not really sure what their true spirit is.

    I would like to clarify that the fans in the arena did cheer for the Bruins, they did in fact stop booing as soon as Bettman was not in the center of the arena or speaking anymore. I think most of the idiotic kids who were involved in the riots left the arena in the second.

    1) Yes, the canucks had a very impressive season.

    2) I think that it did take away most of the embarssment of losing the cup finals, but I don't think that the Vancouver fans showed pride for their team, I think that they are just another embarrsment for Vancouver after they rioted.

    nicely, China had greater to tutor, besides. the international had an somewhat sceptical and judgmental view of China and the chinese language knew it. i think of grievance could have been very harsh if their overall performance replaced into no longer faultless. They used the Olympics as a "popping out" to the international. it somewhat is plenty distinctive than Canada and somewhat all previous hosts. We would desire to even see this back whilst Brazil hosts! I purely published my very own question containing what I liked and disliked approximately this beginning overall performance. in many cases used I liked it, although! i in my opinion like the 1st countries, constellations, the whales, the ice breaking, and the mountain on the top. I disliked the casual/grubby outfits of the "cutting-edge human beings", the leaves, and the prairie scene. yet as I reported, it replaced into fantastic, and the information that replaced into predicting a disappointing overall performance replaced into harsh and unjustified. Vancouver did purely fantastic!

    I am not a Vancouver fan but, I can say you guys played a amazing season, made it all the way to game seven and fought as hard as you could . However no offense but you guys sucked at sports man ship you could barely hear the bruins getting the cup over "boo boo boo!!!".

    if i was a Vancouver fan, i would be embarrassed to say i am from Vancouver. i feel sorry for Lucic. those rioters gave the fans a horrible name and makes people wonder why they got the Olympics anyways.
