If the CEO decides that your job is worth less, or pays you a temp pay or cuts your bennys, why don't people?

decide his job is worth less? Instead CEO's are getting record bonuses for destroying the middle-class.

You underscore why we need unions. It's like exclaiming, "hey, I'm not being paid what I'm worth." And management says, "I know it but if you want it make me pay it ha-ha-ha. Unions do just that.

The middle class is naked and vulnerable without them.

They should go get a better job if they feel the cuts are just for his bonuses and not to save the company. They may find out they were overpaid or the CEO may crash the company when his talent pool goes away.

If a CEO was given a bonus as a result of cutting pay then the workers are fools and should leave. The sheep will stay and be victims.

    Your argument is garbage.

The CEO makes decisions based on financial data. Why is he or she the CEO? Proven ability to analyze that data and make things better. Why is the worker bee the worker bee? Lack of training or desire to take on a higher set of responsibilities.

CEO's are not getting record bonuses for destroying the middle class. They are getting record bonuses for efficiency in making money, as judged by those that hire / fire them and decide their compensation.

They have nothing to do with destroying the middle class, your linkage is faulty.

cleaners, theres a UN video on youtube, the position they interview someone in Belgium who stated a lady is termed a "cleansing woman" a guy is termed a "floor technition" in case you want to get diverse pay, also checkout operators, adult males get more beneficial than females, for no reason. EDIT: nicely, the UN vid confirmed it happening in Belgium, Ive also heard of it happening in Walmart, (howdy, i worked in a food market too :P ) yet what occurs alot is that womens artwork is undervalued, like, maximum admin crew are females, and its seen "womens artwork", ie, no longer almost as good as mens artwork, becasue its "effortless" yet i understand admin workers, and they do a helluva lot of labor for a pathetically low pay, and that i canthelp yet ask your self if there became a guy in that similar interest, would he get extra pay? it would want to be an exciting attempt to be sure, we could try it sometime.

I'm sure the Board of Directors of the stockholders will hold him accountable.

Listen, I'm not a huge fan of failing companies rewarding their leadership for sending them down the rat hole. However, in a free market, if the board or the stock holders want to reward him for poor performance, that's their stupidity. They will feel the pain in the end if they're not getting bailed out by the government (banks, GM, etc).

Wow. Anarchy runs pretty deep in Canada. Unless you are a shareholder in the company you have no say in the matter....go find another job.

Why is it that the worker bees always think they can run the company better but never aspire to run it, just complain?
