What's the meaning of tropolis?
What does "tropolis" mean?
Well thanks, actually I read it in Phineas & Ferb Arcade for iPhone. There's a level called "Escape from Mole-Tropolis" and it's all about escaping from moles underground and collecting diamonds and bones :p

It would mean the moles' underground "city" of tunnels and rooms or caves.

It doesn't mean anything. Polis means city. Metro -- if you're thinking of metropolis -- means "mother" (so metropolis = mother city = something like "the big daddy of cities", in modern terms).
So, Mole-tropolis is a play on the word metropolis. It means something by analogy with that, not because "tropolis" means something on its own.

No such word. Tropolys is a german communication company and polis is city. You can say Metropolis which is "mother city" which is bacically "capital city"
