Pedigree's sad attempt? What do you all think of this?

This is a little late, I meant to post this question ages ago. But Pedigree recently released two videos on YouTube about the benefits of by-products and corn.

By-Products: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HkkXMhDFyv4

Corn: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VERwDt4He8Y&feature...

I can see what they're getting at with by-products, (I still don't feed them though!) but the corn makes barely any sense. They claim it helps the dogs digestion and is a great source of protein and carbs.

What do you all think of this? I personally laughed to no end. It's more funny then factual.

Thanks!

Update:

I agree. At least they released a statement at all, even if it wasn't true. I wish they'd actually see the difference between dogs on Pedigree and dogs on Orijen, TOTW, etc.

Thanks you everyone!

Lol anything to get people to buy it. Dogs don't even need any carbs to thrive so how is that beneficial. They can spout all the BS they want about their nutritionally useless ingredients, I'll stick to Orijen. What's worse is there's some fools out there who will believe everything they say instead of doing some research.

LOL, what a load of malarkey. Ya they think of the dog first.

by-products" is a misnomer since these byproducts contain little, if any, meat. These are the parts of the animal left over after the meat has been stripped away from the bone. "Chicken by-products include head, feet, entrails, lungs, spleen, kidneys, brain, liver, stomach, bones, blood, intestines, and any other part of the carcass not fit for human consumption.

LOL That sounds like a politician's spin.

Corn is not digestible, one of mine stole a bowl of it and pooped whole corn for 3 days.

Corn is for parrots not dogs

The Pedigree Foundation has an exceptional program to work with shelter and adoptions, I am happy top donate to that but I will never use their crappy dog food no matter how they spin it

Aw.. that's sad. I get that they need some by-products but that shouldn't be the only meat source. And corn, digestible? Pish posh..
