Can I get a job at a VA hospital/clinic with an AA in Medical Billing and Coding?
I want to work for a VA Hospital and will finish school soon. But it being a military installation, what are my optional jobs as a Medical B/C?

You can work as a civilian coder. Go to USAJOBS.com to look at federal jobs that are open. You are not limited to only the US, I have seen openings for coders at foreign bases (at the medical centers there)
There are also job openings at DOD hospitals, Navy/Army Hospitals. A lot of options when it comes to being a federal employee.
I had no trouble getting hired on, even though I was not military.

Yes with you being a civilian you can work at a VA hospitals.
But you won't be in combat zone such as in Afghan or Iraq. Only in the US.
