this sounds a bit more complex than a tire with a missing wheel weight or something ,Please have the vehicle Inspected for safety reasons at a competent mechanic and make sure to go with them on the test drive if there are any questions. IM hoping the link came through I found a technical service bulletin or a tsa that is exactly what you are describing please take the vehicle to your dealer, there is a fix for this problem and the dealer should already have all the details. any more questions I typed " 06 honda civic mystery vibration?
