I was in an accident and the other party was at fault. He was driving a company car.?
The car was coca-cola car. My father said that I should not claim from there insurance. I was thinking of sending them a complaint. Not sure what to do here.
I have gone to the insurance and the car has been written off. My insurance is going to pay. I just feel that the company should not just get away with it.

They're not going to 'get away' with anything. It's not like a crime was committed.
Your insurance company will send them a bill for reimbursement once they finish paying out on your claim.

Of course you should notify your insurance company. Your insurance company will go after the other insurance company.
They are at fault, and a company like Coca Cola has insurance.
You cannot go after the insurance company that insures the faulty driver.

First, since you haVE apparently NOT NOTIFIED YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY, YOU DO NOT KNOW WHO WAS AT FAULT BECAUSE ONLY THE INVOLVED INSURANCE COMPANIES CAN, DO AND WILL DETERMINE FAULT. What's the big deal? Simply notify your insurance company and allow them to do all of the work.
When you have insurance.... USE IT !
