How do you fix an acne breakout?

I've always had clear skin, because I always took care of it, but I had my first breakout at 15 years old in March of this year. I mean, of course I'd get a zit on my chin or on the corner of my nose every once and a while, but this time the entire lower half of my face was dotted with little zits and I was miserable. It's been three months now and they're still here.  I've tried to do something about it, but nothing has worked; I've tried face pads, creams, gels, scrubs, you name it, they just will not go away. I've gotten rid of a few zits, but instead of turning into a scab and then healing like they usually do, they've turned into little red spots of pigmentation on my skin that look like zits anyway. I'm really at my wit's end because I used to take pride in having clear skin, and I've exhausted every outlet I can think of to fix it besides dermabrasion, which I doubt my parents will let me get anyway. Can anyone tell me how to get my face back, please?

Drink lots of water, change your pillow case once a week, try not to touch your face, and try using tea tree oil on your acne.

I know how you feel , when i was 14 i started with acne but it was those tiny occasional bumps . I had normal skin , and didnt take any sort of special care and when i was 15 it started to get worse and 16 was the worst it had ever been . Im almost 17 in july an my acne has been verryyyyy bad for a year an a half (compared to when i was 14) but its gotten a TON better for the past weeks and i suggest just use a simple neutral cleanser/bar. If not a glycerin bar will do but you want it to be glyceryn based . It wont clog pores or dry out the skin at all. Wash your face VERY well every night and morning . I mean VERY well because sometimes we think washing our face fast and like nothing is good enough but get a scrublet or the bar of soap an massage it directly into the skin and you can also get a face brush . Then use a salyc. Acid treatment and spot treat . You CAN use benz. Perox. But that dries out the skin more . Dont put it all over your face , thats why it important to cleanse very well . Ive been putting oatmeal on my face every night and its been helping me a lot too . Just search and search , trust me , Google is your best friend . Good luck .

Sensible diet, good hygiene and low stress should keep acne away. Try some great OTC products like Niapads, Cetaphil etc. Remember, the most effective treatment is one that is simple to use. For eg. cut a piece of Niapads, moisten it with water and place it on the yet to come to surface acne. Active ingredients penetrate skin and get rid of acne bacteria. Routine use of Niapads helps exfoliate, open clogged skin pores and gets rid of acne in one simple step without drying your skin. Contains Lavender oil – well known moisturizer.
