Yes, in this day and age, he will probably get what he wants. It doesn't matter if he never gives you a dime of child support. He still gets to see his son, and if you two have joint custody, there won't be any child support anymore. You'll each take care of the child's needs when you have them, and that will be that.

Don't have kids if you don't like this awful way of doing things. I had to endure it and hated every minute of it. Kids are nothing but game pieces anymore. Nobody truly loves them. They just use them.

My ex got remarried bought a 300 thousand dollar house took me to court and got everything he wanted.............................its a miracle they let me have sole custody.....................Im a good mom that makes good money but i felt i was treated like a crack whore in court. I have sole custody and im paying him.

with an 8 month old i dont think he will get it.....................If im not mistaken by law he has to get med insurance for kid..........................the thing is courts do very screwy things to people who are divorcing you never really know till the judgement is made and you cant count on anything
