My testicle hurts. Please help?

On monday i noticed my left nut was slightly sore when i stood in certain positions, and when i was walking. Specifically when my weight was shifted to my left leg. Didnt think much of it, i figured i slept on it or something.

Fast forward to today. I am on vacation in puerto rico, and after sitting in a cramped 6 hour plane ride, and a few miles of walking... I can hardly move my legs without pain in the same spot. It also seems to hurt right along my waist or "pubic area" on the left directly above the left testicle.

There is no pain when i touch it, and everything feels/looks normal.

I dont have access to a doctor for another week.

Update:

I crack my back ALL the time, its very possible that i could have done something. I will try sleeping on my back, luckily the bed in this hotel is pretty firm.
