Winsock Monitoring Application?

HI

I'm looking for software that can monitor ALL Winsock API calls, plus be able to filter the calls you wish to/don't wish to monitor. I found something called SocktSpy/32 (no that is not a spelling mistake it IS SOCKT) which looked perfect for my needs but all the download links I could find for it were broken. Can anyone suggest some software that does what I need.

Please note, I am not looking for a network sniffer, or software to intercept and view network traffic, I need a Winsock API monitor.

You can use rohitab.com API Monitor v2 to monitor network and other API usage for an application or service. The application is Free to use. Features include 64-bit support, ability to view API arguments before and after call, COM interface monitoring, support to view buffers, Call Tree display, decoding of error codes, call stack capture, monitoring of NT services.
