What did you eat yesterday?

My partner is a dietician in training and needs this for a report. Tried it previously but didn't get any proper replies. It cannot be from anybody who is anorexic or has an eating disorder. Nobody is judging here, it will be anon. Be honest, list everything you ate yesterday (as specific/detailed as possible) and be sure not to leave anything out! Also leave your age and gender and note if you have diabeties/gluten free or any other specific diet requirements, or if you are trying to lose/gain weight. Thanks this is much appreciated.

    Breakfast: 3 eggs, 4 peices of bacon and coffee

    Lunch: whey protein shake, 2 tacos

    Dinner: 10 peice chicken nugget combo (McDonalds)

    Snack: protein bar x2

    I'm an 18 year old guy and I work out at the gym for 2 hours everyday. I'm trying to gain weight haha.

    2 slices of pizza. Half the cheese taken off. toppings: bacon, onion, mushroom, green pepper.

    2 slices of toasted bread, no butter, with 2 tbl pear cinnamon jam

    1/2 baked chicken breast, 3/4 cup chicken flavored noodles, 1 cup sweet peas.

    3/4 can of coke

    2 glasses of 2% milk

    20y female, trying to lose weight. Yesterday was not a good day.

    I'm currently studying nutrition and hoping to dietetics in couple of years so i am happy to help.

    I'm female and 19 currently maintaining my weight.

    8am - medium banana, nescafe skim mocha sachet

    11:30am - medium bowl of quinoa with chickpeas, pumpkin, spinach.

    2:00pm - skim mocha

    4:30pm - 5cm by 5cm slice of tan slice

    6:00pm - homemade pizza on thin base with about 1/4 cup cheese, 3 slices tomato, 10 - 15 pinenuts, green capsicum, 1/4 cup roast chicken. 3 slices.

    6:30pm - mouthful of mushroom carbonara

    9:00pm - milo made water and 2 teaspoons of milo

    Also i'm a semi- vegarian ( only eat chicken and fish on the odd ocasion)

    Breakfast: oatmeal with berries and a glass of almondmilk

    Snack: slice of cheese & a grapefruit

    Lunch: home-made vegetable soup & a slice of multigrain bread

    Snack: 15 grapes & a handful of nuts & a yogurt

    Supper: home made vegetarian lasagne (with tofu & spinach & various veggies) & a glass of almondmilk.

    - Vegetarian

    - I plan my meals weekly & stick to a meal schedule, so I know for certain what I ate yesterday. It keeps me on track and I can plan my calorie intake ahead of time so I don't cheat. Works wonderful for me.

    gatorate and water water water (I was at a tournament)

    chicken and vegetables wrapped in pita

    more water and gatorade

    taco bell crunchy taco

    I am a 16 year old female. Yesterday i was at a tournament so I had to kind of restrict what I ate and I didn't always have time to eat.

    4 sausage links and 2 bananas, Grilled swiss cheese sandwich, 2 pork chops and coleslaw, chips and cream cheese. 61 year old male..My overall health is good and I'm skinny. Hope you get some more answers

    that's it.
