Depends what you'll be using it for. If gaming, the phenom ii x4 965 will suffice, but all processors listed will bottleneck you if you run multi GPU setups and will need to be heavily overclocked to reach it's fullest potential. I'd get an i5 2500k which is the best gaming chip out right now and will handle any setup fine with no bottlenecking, especially since it can be overclocked to potentially 5ghz. I'd rather get that then wait for bulldozer, no way is it going to be that much better than intel's sandy bridge CPUs which are already amazing, at the same price point.

AMD Phenom II X6 1090T black edition thuban 3.2GHz will be more than enough for future 1-2 years... if you are getting it for games, you will be very happy with it.
