the FBI recently captured their No. 2 most wanted man after Osama. He was living in California and had to cross the border into Mexico on a regular basis to obtain heart medication. He would buy his medication and then come back into the U.S. They caught him at his apartment in California not at a border crossing. Wow, are our borders safe or what.

Borders are not going to be safe unless they are militarized, which should never happen outside a time of war with the neighboring nation. As far as it's concerned, he was captured, so yes, I do feel safer knowing that they were able to track him down and apprehend him.
