What exactly is the evidence against Casey Anthony?

There was no DNA evidence on Caylee's body or the objects found with her. Caylee's remains were found in a place ideal for destroying DNA evidence: hot, wet, high levels of bacteria, intermittently submerged in water. The DNA evidence associated with Casey's car was limited.

George and Lee Anthony have both been ruled out as Caylee's father. George's test has not been submitted to the court in evidence, but the results are part of the public record which can be reviewed by the public as per Florida's Sunshine Laws.

Casey's behavior is extremely incriminating. Circumstantial evidence can be used to prove a crime, and they've got an awful lot of it in this case.

George is Caylee's grandfather so of course the dna would be similar to his. It would also be simialr to her grandmother and her grandmother didn't get casey pregnant. A DNA test for the body would be done on more than one person in the family to determine if the body really was caylee without a doubt. A paternity test was done as well and that determined that George was not the father.

there's a lot extra 'circumstantial' data that Casey killed Caylee than there is that Scott Peterson killed Laci. He sits on lack of life Row at San Quentin. the perfect data that she did willfully or by using twist of destiny led to the lack of life of her daughter is the truth that she did not record the toddler lacking--ever. It became her mom that called regulation enforcement. the precise position of the duct tape on the face of the little woman is indicative of no matter if she became already lifeless at the same time as it became utilized.
