Dizzy with every move and when I get up?

For the last two days I have been feeling very dizzy and blacking out every time I move or stand up. I'm not sure if I have something wrong with me, or if it's because I haven't taken my pills for the last two days. I take Lexapro for my Anxiety and Synthroid for my Thyroid. Do you have any ideas on what is wrong with me? I have told my mom about this, but she said it has nothing to do with not taking my pills, but then again, she could be wrong. My mom goes to work tomorrow and I told her to call me and ask me if I am still dizzy, and if so, I told her to make me a doctors appointment. Although, this is not the first time I have forgotten to take my pills, and this has never happened before.

P.s - I will take my pills in the morning like I am supposed to.

Oh, and other things that you may need to know, I have not gotten the right amount of sleep. I have been going to bed arounf 3 or 4am and waking up at 1pm. Also, I have been peeing 7-10 times a day, when usually, it's only 3-4 times a day. I have also been eating and drinking.

Update:

My mom has had excessive urination ever since she gave birth to my brother 10 years ago, and she doesn't have diabetes.

Update 2:

Obviously I have no given birth, I am only 14.

Dosage of Lexapro: 10mg (I believe)

Synthroid: 50mg (I believe)

I am not sure of the dosages because I just had a doctor's appointment in May, and they may have changed the dosages, but I am not sure. However, they did call me after my blood work came in, they had said I had too much Synthroid in my system (which was causing my heartbeat to be 186 over 70) so I am skipping Synthroid every Sunday.

This is usually due to orthostatic hypotension.

I'm on lexapro too, (i'm 16, 40 mg a day, been on it about a year), similar symptoms happen to me if I miss a dosage. I'm have had very low blood pressure, and the symptoms you are describing are typical of that. it happens to me all the time, it became more frequent when I started taking lexapro. I think that it may be a possible side effect. but if you are really concerned about it, definitely go talk to your doctor.

It could be diabetes, due to the excessive urinating.

Are you saying you too gave birth? Another thing could be anemia, dizziness and fainting is a common symptom.

that sounds somewhat strange,i think you are getting dizzy, because the lack of sleep.and you could be getting up really quick, and that causes it too,i would go to my doctor just to make sure, bit i don't think it is because you are not taking your pills.anyways, feel better girly.
