I will try almost anything now !!!?

I have this issue with my nose: It has been going on for like 4 or 5 months now. It always feels extremely stuffed, and when you look up the nostrils you can that the walls are extremely inflamed to the point where I can't breathe or move air through them at all. Here is what I've tried: Claritin, Aleve D, vaporizers, Humidifiers, air purifiers, vicks, and sinex. Nothing is working. If anyone has an idea of something I can try please let me know ! and I have talked to 2 different pharmacist and their recomendations didnt help! Thank you !
