Am 37 weeks pregnant and am having sharp pains below my berry button ?

and am also feeling like water is coming out but there is nothing

    It shouldn't be uterine cramping. What it sounds like to me is just classic umbilicus pain from stretching. It'll be sore for sure, and you may get a stretch mark around there. The fluid is probably just watery mucous discharge but if the pain is internal rather than in the tissue or muscle of your stomach or you are worried go get it checked out for sure.
