What will alcohol do to my body if theres not that much food in it?

So... I've been eating low cal anyway but I eat a TONN of veggies so my stomach is usually full when I go out. Anyway. I skipped dinner tonight & had a fruit so my stomach is kind of empty. I had about 4 shots in an hour a couple of nights ago and it did nothing but a buzz really. So if I do 4 shots in an hour this time (take into consideration I ate my normal lunch) and a fruit ...how bad is my hangover going to be? I'm like normal weight. I'm on a diet and I've already drank once this week eating normally so I'm trying to let myself drink tonight without the worry :)

PS. Dont give me crap. I know its bad on an empty stomach, just tell me honestly..not hypothetically how fast I can get drunk & if i'm really going to feel bad the next day :) my tolerance is pretty good in general.

As you have already stated, yes it is bad & you will feel like crap the next day, but if you can try & remember to drink about a pint/half litre of water before crashing out, it hydrates the brain membrane in your skull and eases the headache part of the hangover. Also it flushes your other organs through so the upset stomach is not so bad. A bacon sarnie can sort that part out the next. Happy Drinking!!!!

I'm eating healthy also and enjoy my cocktails. Not eating will get you buzzed faster so be careful because if your buzzed enough the greasy food starts to look really good. To prevent or lessen the hangover the next day, lots of water, even if you wake up in the middle of the night to drink more water.

You're probably gonna get drunk a little faster and you'll probably get sick too.

Source(s): I've drank on an empty stomach. Not fun afterward.
