Take her to the gynecologist. If there are no underlying problems, i suggest you play with her for a while beforehand to make sure she's really wet and then f.u.c.k. her really hard. Her hymen might not be broken yet which is probably why it hurts her. After that it should feel really great. The same thing happened to me so I just told my bf not to worry about it and just f.u.c.k. the s.h.i.t. outta me. After a minute or two of excruciating pain it felt so d.a.m.n. good. you may be too big for her, and shes too tight. or she could have a disease. Tell her to go to the GYN.
