So I got a friend pregnant (we weren't dating) we were both young and dumb. I decided to be a man about and stay with her, I work 2 jobs and I don't get to spend a single dollar since we never have money cause she's always spending it. She complains that she wants to move out of my parents but she don't help me save so we could move out. Pressures me to give her an engangement ring. I do love her and our daughter but I just can't continue not being able to talk to my friends and go out even to the gym without her. She's always checking up my phone even tho I haven't ever cheated on her she blames her insecurity because she found some old Facebook messages with plenty of girls BEFORE we got together when we were just friends.. What should I do ?

I'm 23 y/o and I never had health insurance and I hardly get sick and if I did it would just be a simple flu. Now I'm finally getting insured by my job (Kaiser) and I just want to know what kind of check ups should I ask for? What covers? I also never ever been to a dentist. And finally got dental insurance as well Any advice?

My foot been hurting for a few days but yesterday I just couldn't talks it anymore, I took off my shoe and realize I have a black ball under my foot, it's hard and extremely painful even when I rest my feet without shoes. What can it be? Where to go? I have no health insurance :(

All the messages were from where before we were dating, she found them over a year into our relationship. There was quite a few chicks I was sleeping with. I just noticed the other day that my hair is really thin from the top and I have fewer hairs on top of my head. It's genetics in my family, I'm aware I'm going to be bald bit I just want to enjoy a bit longer of having hair. Should I buy Rogane? If I shave my head would it grow thicker? Any advice or help?
