Good natural supplements/vitamins to lose weight?

Looking to lose 30 pounds, just started doing an hour of cardio 6 days a week and keeping my diet under 1500 calories a day, I'm 22 y/o 5'10 215lbs.. what do you guys recommend?

I was told the Fiber Choice - Prebiotic Fiber was good for weight loss
