my last number on OD is x160
my last number on OS is x180
toric lenses (14.2D 8.6B -3.50 -1.50) only difference is last numbers on AXIS..
whats the chance i could go with x170 for both eyes so i can get away with using 1 box of contacts at a time?

That would change the entire script. These are part of a formula that turn into your entire overall power for a given eye. . .so changing them isn't a matter of convenience, it will change your vision entirely.

I wear contact lenses too and, if I understand the question correctly, you are asking if it is OK to wear two of the same strength contact lenses instead of the two slightly different ones you should wear. I know it's probably not what you want to hear, but it is really important to wear the correct prescripted lense for each eye because even ones that are slightly different than the kind you require could damage your eyes/eyesight and cause discomfort and blurry vision.
