How do I play my XM Satellite radio tuner in my Lexus RX 330?

I have a aftermarket XM tuner mounted in my 2005 Lexus RX 330, how do I make it play in the car? I have tried changing from AM and FM and using the "mode" button on steering wheel... I can't figure it out??

Update:

I know it requires a subscription to hear the channels... but how do I actually make it play on my speakers??

    1. Be sure the magnetic antenna that came with the aftermarket XM radio is mounted on the roof with a clear view of the sky.

    2. The aftermarket tuners (the kind you suction cup to the windshield or dash) re-broadcast the signal to your radio using a low power FM signal, then you tune your radio to that FM channel to listen to XM. See your XM manual for a description of how to set which FM channel the XM radio broadcasts to. You'll want to pick and empty FM spot where your radio gets nothing but static.

    Good luck.

I recently renewed my wifes Sirius for her mini van, she loves it. As far as which is better, that's just a prefference matter. For example, Howard Stern is on Sirius. If your not sure who he is, he's a huge radio talkshow host. But he's not on MX sat. If your a sirious listener, then look for a unit that is versatile enough to go where ever you go. Sirius will allow you to add extra receivers to your service plan for an extra fee per unit. You mentioned that your Pioneer tuner has sat capabilities, some tuners are specific to Sirius or MX.
