My sister moved in with us 1 year ago 'cause she divorced and need help with job and a place to stay. I was pregnant with my 1st baby at that time. The house we ( my husband and me ) bought with my parents have 3 bedroom. So we had no room for the nursery, baby sleep with us in my room. Now my baby get older, i want he has his own room. I'm thinking about tell her to move out to her apartment. Am i right to ask her that or am just heartless to treat a fmily member that way? Since she lives with us. She does help with the bills, we didnt ask her to pay alot cause she has no kind of money saving. But i figured after a year living with us and 250$/ month she gave us for bills she can able to move out on her own right? She makes about 1300$/ month with no car payment.

My Dr. Put me on bedrest at 8 months of pregannacy and i had my baby shower at my work place a week after the day i be on bedrest. I have thank u cards all fill out but i cant drive to work due to my condition to give it to those came to my shower nor i have their address to send them out. Is it sounds un-appreciate if i give them thank u cards when i go back to work (3 more months) along with my baby picture?! Will it be too late to say thank you. Any advices help. Thanks

My fiance literally want to either off work or go home after 4 hr from work every week. ( we work the same company and make decent money with over time hour ) when i try to stay or if i'm so tired i will make sure i have enough 8 or more hours a day.

He is irresponsibility, i see that, we argue but not much anything change.

Now he wants to buy a motorcycle. Actually every summer he wants to get a bike.

There will be no garage space for a bike

We will spend the money with we 've been saving for emergency stuff on the bike and its insurance...

I already tress with the new role and responsibility i will have to do when the baby arrives. I feel like he helps me nothing but tress me out some more with the financial problem. Am i too strict about letting he get a bike or i have the right to stop him? He makes about 200$/ week over me so he thinks he can off when he wants. We put our money together in the same account and some for saving.

I got an ipad as a gift on xmas, after few days using it i cant help myself but thinking should i return it and get an small notebook instead. Ipad is great but recently i try to learn to play piano on a website n ipad couldnt play the flash video for the lesson, i hate to sit there and sync music, or photo from my laptop to ipad.... My fiance n me living with my parents, we bought the house together.

My sister, whom is married, had a baby, currently live out of state. she doesnt have a job since her baby too small. she got problems with her husband, basically not a happy marriage.

She want to move out of her husband place into the house ( which we're living ).That is my sister but somehow i feel... not happy about it. Since we move in the house, my fiance n me tried to keep it clean n nice, do work and put money to improve it but it seems like my parents dont have any ideal about that. And now they want my sister move in with us, we have 3 generations live in the same house in my country, and that's normal. But for me, i dont like it be that way, i was suggested to live with them cause they're my parents, and they're not really speaking english. sometimes i feel like babysitting, and that's enough. i dont want another baby with her baby to take

care of. am i too selfish to my relatives ?!

we bought a corner lot house, and have a side yard. we're both work 2nd shift from 3:30 to the next day morning so we didn't know that .... all of the kids in neighbor using our yard as a ....play ground, baseball field...etc... and ... once i found out, that's really irritate me, yeah, they're kids but ... still they have their yard at home to play, they're always left base ball bats, and their toys in my yards, something even a trash can cover.. and i do not want anything happen like... go home one day and see a broken window not knowing who did it, kids got hurt from playing in my yardsand we get blame for it, not mention all of the spot on the yard .. which is used to cover with green grass... stuff like that really up-seting me. am i too selfish or their parents should teach their child about not trespassing on others people property?

I want to know of I can claim the taxes on my house, my name is on the title of the house, but the loan in is my fiance and dad's name... can I claim the tax return on it with my name being only on the title or does the loan affect that?

I had a co-worker whom i know, the relationship between us is mutual, i don't hate her nor like her. We work the same company with the same position-coordinate the line ( pick/packing product )

Our company required we take a day off in a week, on that day off, we can come to work at different job if we want to.

She came to work at my line on that day as a packer. The company's policy was no cell-phone, candy or gum on the line. As a line coordinator i feel like she dis-respected me when she just keep stop working and .. check her phone or text, even went off the line and ... talk to others person on other lines. I in- form her once. she stopped an do it again soon when i left for my break. others packers on the line was complained to me about her, i didnt want to embarrass her infront of others by being mean so i took it to supervisor.

My question is ... did i handle it the right way, did i be so hard on her because there's one lady, same position as mine, her opinion was ... i shouldn't .. done that, like im kind of a person who ... go around and ... sneak on somebody. that makes me feel ... upset.

ok, here is the situation. we went to a rehab to visited his Grand Pa, who had a surgery on his leg. For some reason when i stepped in the room, i feel uneasy and start to feel dizzy, i asked him to steped outside with me for few sec to get some air and water. on the hall, i passed out on the floor, just laying there for few secs and in that few secs my bf was knee down on the floor, keep tap on my face to wake me up, finally i got up and drink some water, thinking that everything is fine, i just need some water, but as soon as i got back in the room, i started to feel as sick as before, next thing i know i was almost on the floor,passed out again.,my bf and his aunt caught me and helped me to the chair. Nurses came, check if everything ok, at that point my blood pressure was low and i didnt respond to anything so they called 911. after that i recovered... the only think made me really thinking was ... at the point the nurse asked me to go to hospital for a real check up 'cause this was a situation they called " abnormal" , my bf was busted out and said " ... but it cost thousand to drive the ambulance...!" and the nurse was responed like " ... but if u dont get a check out, if it's a something, next time she wont come back to you again ..." ... at that point it was just make me embarassed and sad. feeling like he dont concern for me, but only the money. is my feeling was normal or im over reacted?

we bought the house together and my boy friend was the borrower, my Dad as a co-borrower. After that they both add my name on the Deed, my question is how if we want to sell the house, will it have to wait for 3 of us approved all, or only my boy friend?. Is there any chances that my boy friend can kick me and my Dad out of the deed and keep the house since he was the borrower?

My bf and me been together for 3 years. We got a house with the help of my parents ( money for down payment ). My parents moved in with us 'cause we need help with mortgage payments. Since my parents was the one who borrowed the money for down payment. My Dad's name on the Deed, so do my bf's name. They both signed and add my name on the Deed also.

If me and my bf break up. And i and my parents moving out, is it legally that my boyfriend should pay for the down payment for the house which is my parents borrowd and still paying for it now or my parents, even if , they'r moving out of the house still have to pay for it ?!. I dont know what to do in this situation, i dont want to make my parents in debt, and also dont want to live with this guy anymore. It's nott hat we cheat on each others, it's we fight, and using bad words, even hitting each others almost every weeks. Im tired of this. any advices will help. thanks !
