I am a woman and I am married. My work is sending me on a business trip for 5 days to Las Vegas. My husband does not want to send me alone and he cannot come with me. My boss is making me feel guilty as if I am doing sometihng wrong? How do I tell my boss to stop making me feel guilty?

If it is a normal part of your job, you will have to go whether your husband is happy about it or not. Women in the workplace have the same salaries and job responsibilities as men do and do not take their spouses on business trips for protection. If you can't fulfill the job requirements quit!!!
