Do YOU think the judge will keep Casey Anthony in jail for another year to serve maximum sentence?
4 counts lying x 1 year per count. Served 3 years already. This will also protect her from the current hysteria. She could likely be viciously attacked if she's release Thursday. Your thoughts?

Not necessarily. He just agreed with the prosecution that she wasted the time and efforts of the police by lying to them, and deserved the maximum sentence for those 4 charges. He also said that the jury spoke when they acquitted her on the murder charge, but they also spoke when they convicted her on the 4 counts of falsifying reports, so he would honor their decision with the maximum sentence.

She is guilty of check fraud and that will be served. I hope she get's 3-4 yrs. and some one does away with her dirt bag waste of a human being. She is a baby killer any stupid idiot can see that. Hope she gets what's coming to her for what she did, maybe she will do the world a favor and take her own life. Ugly troll..........

I heard a TV commentator say she might be given a year for the fraud charge then serve a few more years for her lying....or get released very soon with time served
...either way she got away with murder
PS: Maybe she was only imitating Obama?
He throws people under a bus...she throws people into the swamp.

I don't believe she deserves any jail time for the lying. She was found to be not guilty by her peers. More living proof that you should never give up your 5th amendment right. If she had said nothing to the police, she wouldn't have been convicted of lying.
As a side note...how is it the the government ( Police ) can lie to the public but the public is arrested for lying to them? In a free society government should have less rights...not more.

Time served and free her Thursday . They say we are innocent until proven guilty but she has spent 32 months in jail . Sounds more like she was pronounced guilty until proven otherwise ..

The would run concurrently. The judge will fix it to time served to avoid getting sued for false arrest. That way it is no harm no foul.

Idk, but she better hope she has some jail time because there are a lot of angry people out here who would like nothing better than to get a hold of her and ring her ugly neck.

I am actually surprised they didn't convict her with such little hard evidence. Most people go to prison for less. Was justice served? Did OJ kill his wife? Who really knows?
