Washing machine sweating?

I have a clothes washer (Maytag) that is less than 6 months old. Recently I have been noticing that the concrete on the floor had a small puddle of standing water under it whenever I wash clothes. I looked at all the connecting hoses and they do not appear to be leaking. Could the humidity in the air be causing the tub to sweat and leak onto the floor, or is it an actual leak? This is the first time I have had a machine enclosed in a hot building where it is very humid.

If the hoses are connected properly and are not leaking, the high humidity will cause the cold water supply hose to condense on the outside. It's running down the hose to the floor.
