how to get metal out cheaply on fiberglass pool?
i have a white fiberglass pool. water is spotless all the way to the bottom. usually i can dump some stain away and it goes away. recently i did it and it got a worse brown looking stain than before. no i didn't add well water. is there a simple easy fix or will metal out do it. what works cheap? ph and alkili is fine. clorine maybe a bit low by the way. thanks
I'm talking about the brown metal stain on the walls of the pool.

Go to your local pool store to find a suitable cleaner.
Otherwise it might melt or ruin the fiberglass.
I personally would try goof off stain remover, available at Lowe's or Home Depot. It takes off dripped paint off the wood trim in our house. Even paint that has been there for 10 years.
Just try it in a small area. And check it couple of days later to see if there is any damage.
Next time before staining try some blue painters tape to stop the stain mess. It peels off without letting the stain get on the fiberglass.
