Why does my stomach "grow"?

I'm 5"10, and weigh around 115 pounds, however recently I noticed that after I eat my stomach grows outwards! It looks like I'm pregnant, however I'm not sexually active so that is not the problem. When it first started my stomach would do those loud gurgeling noises, now though it seems like either above my belly button or below my belly button, it's never really both at the same time, my stomach is hard and seems like there is a little bump, and sometimes after I eat it just grows waayy out! It's getting a little worrying! I havent changed anything in my diet, however I do work a desk job so could maybe sitting so much do something? Would exercise help this?? Thanks!

Are you eating enough? That could be an issue.. when you aren't eating a fulfilling meal, your stomach gets bloated so you feel full even if you eat just a little bit of food. Make sure you eat breakfast and get plenty of exercise, take a break from your desk and stretch or go on a 15 minute walk from time to time.

Okay yes you should exercise as much as you can. But you may still have a stomach that growls. I think that it is all in what you eat. The loud noise you hear are your stomach acid digesting the food. So don't worry about that i have the same thing. And i am 5" 10 206 lbs. size don't matter. There is a tablet you could take it's called Zantac i use it myself it's otc okay? Hope this has helped you some.
