Should I stay up or try to sleep?
Hi All,
It is 1:45 am and I cannot fall asleep. I have had this problem for a few weeks and thought I solved it by pulling an all nighter on the fourth of July. I went to bed that night at my normal time and woke up around 10 am (which is good for me). Last night though I found myself falling back into my old routine, going to bed at 2 or 3 and waking up at 1. I really don't want to waste my summertime sleeping and being unproductive! Now I am afraid that if I go to bed I will wake up late in the afternoon again. Should I try to go to bed (mind you it will probably be around 3 am as I am not tired now) or should I stay up all night and try to get to bed early tomorrow? I don't have work or anything tomorrow so it wouldn't be a big deal if I was sort of tired and cranky. I really am stumped on what to do so I would really appreciate if you guys could help me out! Thanks!

you should go to sleep and set an alarm for tomorrow. people say you need 8 hours but in reality you can function normally with only 6. figure out what time you want to get up, set an alarm and put it on the other side of the room so you have to physically get up to turn it off. if you're tired all day you will fall asleep earlier and you will be able to form a better sleeping pattern. it is really important to keep your sleeping pattern regular, regardless if you have plans for the next day or not.

I have the same issue all the time like now lol...:) but what o would do and this is what I dO sometimes is go to bed like at 3 or when ever but set an alarm that gives you enough to get through the day but let's you sleep later that night and like if you go to bed at 3 set a series of alarms that start at 9 cause then you get 6 hours and you are awake before 1 and it's up to you on what to do but that's what I do sometime actually all the time...but if you do what I suggested and you don't think you would be tiered enough to go to sleep later on that night or it just woke work for some reason I would pull an all nighter. Hope this helps

Yeah I'd permit him sleep in... my 14 month historic has been having a few wake concern within the center of the night time a good, and his morning events has needed to be driven again somewhat due to the fact that of it. Waking three hours past due would reduce to rubble your events for the day, however he will often be a happier boy with that wanted sleep. I'd often be tempted to move in and investigate on him to be certain he is good enough although :-) Enjoy those little one-loose moments!

Omg im thinking the same thing! haha i do that all the time cause i hate sleeping. I say u experiment and stay up all night if u can and if it doesnt work out oh well u can just try something else later. you could always have an alarm so if u do sleep now u can atleast wake up before its one. Im just shooting out ideas i hope they help if not at least i tried. Well Good luck :D
