Suck in a huge breath and hold it for ten seconds, and suck in some more air along with that air, and then let it all out. It usually works after a few tries.

get a glass of water and put a paper towel over the top of the cup, then drink the entire glass of water through the paper towel, always works for me

you get water in your mouth but dont drink then hold you breath with the water in your mouth that you havent drank then count to 20 then swallow after that dont talk for 2 minutes and they should be gone

take a small amount of water--followed by holding your breath 3 times for 15 seconds each, that does it for me,

2 hold your breath WHILE drinking 7 sips of water (note this does not work with soda)
