Have there been USPS service disruptions?
A couple of friends of mine in Brazil have complained about the unendurable long time it has been taking for some mail they are expecting from America to arrive. According to one of them, who is waiting for an American Airlines' AAdvantage card, the 6-week time they ask you to wait has been exceeded to its double, and counting.
Does anyone have news on possible disruption in service between the United States and Brazil? What could have possibly gone wrong?

It would be more likely to blame your friend, the company, or the Brazilian postal service for this.

Next time, have some brains, and have them send it UPS or Fedx....they'll have it there in 2 days.
